Enc: Estudo da UNESCO sobre Agências de Bacia no RS

 

Aos membros dos Comitês de Bacia do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul,

Em 2005 a Sema fez um convênio com a UNESCO (Organização das Nações Unidas para a educação, a ciência e a cultura) no valor de R$ 413 mil (fonte: FRH - aproximadamente R$ 700 mil atuais) com o seguinte objeto: "Assistência Preparatória – Estruturação Institucional e Planejamento da Implantação das Agências de Região Hidrográfica do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul – Projeto 914 – BRA – 2010".

Considerando a avaliação dos consultores sobre a viabilidade da implantação das agências, achamos importante que todos os membros dos comitês de bacia hidrográfica do RS tenham acesso ao mesmo, divulguem e se apropriem das informações e avaliações feitas para futura discussão sobre o tema.

Aproveitamos a oportunidade para desejar um feliz e próspero ano novo, que em 2014 possamos avançar muito na gestão de recursos hídricos do Rio Grande do Sul.
